Customer Terms & Conditions of Sale:

We aim to ship all items within 3 days of receiving your order. However your order may be delayed in the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, should this eventuality occur and we are unable to meet the normal delivery time, we will alert YOU the consumer and give you the option to cancel your order. Where possible we will also advise you of the expected delivery date.  We will keep you updated by E-mail as to the status of your order, whether dispatched or delayed.  All purchases from the Night Cafe are subject to English Law and are subject to the following Returns Policy.

 

 

Customer Returns Policy:

The Night Cafe seeks to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with any item(s) bought from us please let Customer Support know within fourteen days of receiving your order. We will happily provide a refund for any faulty item, or credit against a future purchase.

If you wish to return any item(s), please follow steps A, B and C/...

  • A. Contact Customer Support, e-mail sales@nightcafe.co.uk or Phone +44 0870 896 5779 (The phone line is open 24 hours a day), if you get the answer service, please leave a message with your email address, asking for a 'Return Authorisation Number'.

  • B. Tell us what & why you are returning .

  • C. Once you have a Returns Authorisation Number, pack the goods in a sturdy mailer and send them back to the address given; with the Returns Authorisation Number shown on the outside of the package.

NB: We recommend that you use a recorded or registered mail service as we cannot credit any item(s) that our Returns Department does not receive. We wish to serve you in the quickest and most efficient manner.  Return postage is at your cost.

 

 

Condition of Goods:

 

All items sold via Night Cafe are new.  However we do occasionally sell second hand items, if we do the condition will be clearly stated in a appropriate category.
