Policy. We do not disclose buyer's information to third
parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep
track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected
an item. We may however Email you when an artist you have purchased
releases new work, or with details of offers - that is of course if
you want us to. Please let us know!

Credit
Card Security. We know of no documented cases of credit card
fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
We
do not have access to your credit card details in any way.
Once you go through the checkout you are transferred to WordPay
Plc's secure server, it is there that you enter your credit card
details. All credit card
numbers are encrypted in Worldpay's software when the order is placed using
128 bit encryption. Please note; Worldpay is part of the
Royal Bank of Scotland Group (the largest UK bank).
Your
address details (not credit
card information) are sent to us via our software when an order
is placed and is encrypted using
128 bit encryption before sent. The information is only decrypted after they reach our
Systems. Details are not held in clear text on any web site and once
details are placed on our web server they do not travel over anybody
else's network(s) before being decrypted.
Personally
identifiable information is sometimes stored on our systems (not
credit cards details) and is not publicly accessible. Further,
the information is only accessed by Lyntone Group employees on a
"need to know" basis. All Lyntone Group employees must
go through privacy training upon starting work with us.
Changes
to our policy. From time to time, we may change our Privacy
Policy. If we do so, we will post those changes on this page
so that you will always be aware of what information we collect, how
we use it, and under what circumstances we share the information
with others.
